Provided the jewellery you order is in stock we aim to dispatch within 7 working days, but more often than not we will post your item the day after you purchase from the website. If there is an issue with the item your order, for example it is out of stock or the size is not available we will notify you immediately either by email.

UK STANDARD DELIVERY

Your order will be delivered via Royal Mail. Deliveries will be made within 4 days of placing your order (excluding Weekends) e.g. If you order on Wednesday your goods will be delivered by the following Tuesday.

 

EUROPE STANDARD DELIVERY - NON TRACKABLE

This is a non-tracked service. Your order will be delivered via your local postal service. Deliveries will generally be made in 3-5 working days.

EUROPE STANDARD DELIVERY - TRACKABLE

This is a trackable service and you will receive tracking information via email. Your order will be delivered via your local postal service. Deliveries are generally be made in 3-5 working days. A signature will be required upon receipt. 

 

INTERNATIONAL STANDARD DELIVERY - NON TRACKABLE

This is a non-tracked service. Your order will be delivered via your local postal service. Deliveries will generally be made in 1-3 weeks.

 

 

Customs & Import Duties
