At Adelfi London, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of every piece we offer. To give you peace of mind, all purchases are protected by our 6 month warranty, which includes the following guarantees:

1. Plating & Tarnish Guarantee

For all stainless steel pieces plated with 18k gold, we guarantee your jewellery against abnormal tarnishing or peeling for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase.

Please note: This guarantee does not cover damage or tarnishing caused by:

• Exposure to harsh chemicals (e.g. cleaning agents, chlorine, cosmetics, or perfumes)

• Normal wear and tear from daily use

• Accidental damage, scratching, or bending

• Improper storage or care

To ensure longevity, we recommend following our Jewellery Care Guide to keep your pieces looking their best.

2. Complimentary Repair / Replacement Policy

If your jewelry develops a defect within the 6-month warranty period, you are entitled to one complimentary repair or replacement of the item.

• If the piece can be repaired, we will restore it for you free of charge.

• If a repair is not possible, we will replace the item with the same style.

• If the same style is no longer available, we will offer you a store credit of equal value.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To initiate a claim, please contact us at info@adelfilondon.com with:

• Your order number or proof of purchase

• A clear description of the issue

• Photographs of the affected item

Our team will guide you through the next steps and provide a return shipping label if required.

Limitations

• This warranty is valid only for purchases made directly through Adelfi London.

• Coverage is limited to one free repair or replacement per item.

• Shipping costs for returns may apply outside the UK.

• This warranty does not extend beyond the 6-month window.
