Yes of course, you may return it within 14 days of receipt of your order in the original packaging and condition, undamaged and unworn. 

Unfortunately earrings cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons unless deemed to be faulty.

We do not accept returns on any sale item.

1. Always store your jewellery separately.

By storing your jewellery separately (in their pouches or boxes) you will prevent them from rubbing together and scratching one another. Please also keep your chains fastened whilst in storage as they are far less likely to become tangled.

2. Clean your jewellery regularly.

Due to the items having a gold vermeil they can easily become tarnished by oxidisation, to prevent this keep your items out of direct sunlight and polish regularly with clean water and a soft cloth.

3. Keep strong chemicals away from your jewellery.

All jewellery is susceptible to damage from chemicals present in everyday items such as make-up, hairspray, perfume and sun tan lotion.

4. Remove jewellery when appropriate.

We strongly advise that you do not swim, shower or wash your hands whilst wearing any of our jewellery as this increases the risk of chemical damage.

Lastly, please do not sleep in any kind of jewellery.
